All products purchased from Lucky You General Trading, whether in-store or online, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item received.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of receipt.
To process your request, please provide:

Once verified, you will be eligible for one of the following options:

We will bear the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the process.
